Frequently asked questions
Can I add modules later?
Yes. LumERP is modular by design. You can start with Starter and add Production, Quality Lab or Finance modules whenever your operation is ready. Pricing adjusts at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the user limit?
Additional users are available in blocks of 10. We will notify you before any billing change. You are never charged retroactively for going over temporarily.
Is there a setup fee?
Implementation and onboarding are included in your first annual contract. This covers data migration support, user training and configuration of your commodities, products and quality specs.
Where is my data hosted?
LumERP runs on dedicated European infrastructure. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention.
Can I integrate with my accounting system?
Enterprise plans include API access for integration with accounting and ERP systems. We have existing connectors for common platforms and can build custom integrations.
What kind of support do you offer?
Starter includes email support during business hours. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support with guaranteed response times and direct access to the engineering team.
